Mint has a wonderfully sweet and refreshing flavour with a distinct scent and cooling sensation. Mint pairs well with lamb, fish and poultry as well as making a refreshing summer spritzer – Mojito anyone? –  or a soothing tea.

  • Fresh, quality herbs, will appear as though they have just been picked with plump looking leaves. Look for produce that has healthy stems with no signs of yellowing or wilting.

  • Herbs should be kept covered in a cool area away from refrigeration fans.
