SWEET POTATO FRIES

INGREDIENTS

  • Sweet Potatoes

  • Corn Flour

  • Paprika


METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 220C / 200C for fan-forced. Line 2 trays with baking paper.

  2. Soak the chips in water for 1 hour to remove starch. Drain and pat dry on a paper towel.

  3. Place chips in a zip-lock bag with corn flour and paprika. Shake well until evenly coated.

  4. Single layer chips on your pre-prepared tray. Spray with oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning once. Season to taste.
