MELON SORBET

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ melon diced and frozen overnight

  • ¼ Cup cranberry juice

  • 1 Tablespoon honey

  • Sprig of fresh mint to serve

METHOD

  1. Combine frozen melon, cranberry juice, and honey in a small food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately with a sprig of fresh mint.
