500g Pork Loin Ribs
1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
1 Sprig Fresh Thyme
1 Garlic Clove, unpeeled
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Golden Syrup
2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 180° Fan Forced.
In a large saucepan lay the ribs. Cover with boiling water
Add rosemary, thyme and garlic and bring to the boil.
Boil for 10 minutes. Drain and discard the water, herbs and garlic.
For The Glaze Add golden syrup, ketchup, soy sauce and sugar to a small pan. Simmer over a low heat for 3-4 minutes – or until sauce reduces and becomes sticky.
Place blanched ribs on a baking tray. Brush and coat with the glaze. Put in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes until pork is completely cooked through and nice and sticky.
Pop on chopping board and slice! Enjoy!
