Melon Sorbet


  • ¼ melon diced and frozen overnight
  • ¼ Cup cranberry juice
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • Sprig of fresh mint to serve


Step 1

Combine frozen melon, cranberry juice, and honey in a small food processor and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Serve immediately with a sprig of fresh mint.
